History
Ixia AE Consulting began 12 years ago as a small accounting and consulting firm working with Albanian and international businesses, particularly in the fields of non-alimentary goods production and distribution, recycling, and service provider to SMEs.
A legitimate need of the market demand led to the change from a small accounting and consulting firm to a partnership. Ixia. A.E Consulting SHPK is currently a partnership run by two professionals, both CPAs with 16 years of management and accounting expertise.

Artenida (Dule) Begolli – CPA
Artenida Begolli is an experienced CFO with over 17 years in the financial sector. She specializes in financial strategy, risk management, and fiscal compliance, ensuring business processes are optimized for growth. Currently serving as CFO of Conad Albania SHPK, she leads financial operations, overseeing balance sheets, tax compliance, and contract negotiations.
Certified in public accounting, Artenida excels at financial reporting, risk analysis, and managing relationships with stakeholders. With a hands-on approach and a focus on both strategic vision and detailed execution, she ensures that businesses meet their financial goals while adhering to the highest standards.
Elvira Resulaj – CPA
Elvira Resulaj is a seasoned accounting expert with over 17 years of experience in accounting, tax consulting, and financial analysis. Known for her exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, Elvira excels in providing comprehensive financial reports, managing audits, and ensuring tax compliance.
Currently serving as an independent contractor, she specializes in budget management, financial reporting, and advising on tax and treasury issues. Elvira is also a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), highly regarded for her leadership and ability to implement efficient financial systems.
